Wengaboys(dot)com reported that Defensive Mid-fielder Saumeet who went into comma after an injury(brain) during last seasons UEFA final, is back this season for Wengaboys. The manager quoted that Saumeet is now fit as a fiddle and is ready to play for the club. Saumeet made his debut appearance in the opening match against GunRunners where he scored the winner in the added time.
Saumeet also played their second match against Conflagooners(2-2) where he was substituted at half time.(Out : Saumeet; In: Mitul)
On be asked if the manager would risk playing Saumeet often this season, he said, Saumeet is physically perfect though the injury has caused selective amnesia leaving him to believe that the last thing that happened to the club was the UEFA victory. However other team mates and physicians are helping him cope with reality by showing him last seasons league table time to time.

Meanwhile, The GunRunners are still in the race for Ohio Striker Amey Kelkar's services.The deal is said to be 95% done.
